The Colour Your Day Appeal raises much-needed funds for CPL.

Colours fill our world with beauty and excite and add interest to our lives. Colours also serve as means of communication. Through their symbolism colours can create a physical, emotional or cultural reaction; green is life, blue is calming, red is hot, white is purity, yellow is sunshine and orange is vibrancy. These are the hues that colour our days.

Colour You Day aims to brighten not only the lives of children and adults with cerebral palsy but can also brighten the day of registered participants.

How it Works

1. Order collection cards and posters for as many students and/or staff as necessary.
2. Host a colour-themed event with your colleagues or friends. For example face painting, free dress day, Hawaiian luau, silly sock day, green lunch, blue disco, etc. Use Colour Your Day posters to promote your efforts. You can download and print your own posters here.
3. Fill the collection cards with donations from everybody participating in your event. While the spaces in the cards fit gold coins, all donations will gratefully be accepted. Stickers are a simple way to reward people for joining in the appeal. You can download and print your own stickers here.
4. At the end of the event, return the collected funds via cheque/money order EFT or credit card submit a remittance advice form. We do not recommend returning the card with the coins still in place.
