ETS offers a wide range of our equipment for demonstration and trial to determine suitability prior to purchase. Our FreeWheeler Beach Wheelchair is also available for hire. At this stage, ETS does not hire other equipment nor is equipment available for long-term loans.

For medicolegal reasons, trials must be conducted under the supervision of a recognised Health Professional. ETS is unable to loan trial equipment directly to individuals, although we are happy to arrange demonstrations for individuals where required.

Our demonstration equipment is stock and costly to replace, therefore we request that you take due care to ensure that it does not become damaged, misused or excessively soiled. We expect our loan equipment to be returned to us in the same condition in which it was loaned to you. For health reasons, where bathing or toiletting equipment is borrowed, this must be used for fitting only, not actual use.

To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to trial our equipment we prefer to keep the trial period under two weeks. If you find that towards the end of your trial period more time is needed to decide if the equipment is suitable for your client, please give ETS a call. If the equipment hasn't been pre-booked by someone else we may be able to extend the trial period.

ETS will generally cover one way freight (in Queensland): return freight is the prescribers' responsibility.
