Tumble Forms Carrie Seat is a high-quality seating system that addresses the positioning problems of young, special needs children.

Tumble Forms Carrie Seats are supplied with:

• Four point adjustable harness
• Height adjustable neck stabiliser to hold the neck and head in mid line without putting Pressure on the occipital region
• Advanced seating and positioning contours that help and aid good posture
• Seat-to-back angle that can be adjusted between 10 degrees forward of vertical to 10 degrees backwards of vertical
• Carrie tether strap. This tether strap must be attached to a specially modified child restraint anchorage point in your vehicle and used in conjunction with the standard three-point lap-sash seat belt fitted over the Carrie seat and occupant

Carrie Seat can be easily placed in any kitchen chair and strapped in place with the wrap around rear strap. With the footrest removed, it can be placed on the floor and leaned against an object to make it into a "floor sitter".

Carrie Seats have been crash tested in the US (meets FMVSS 213 - Child Restraint System). The manufacturer suggests that the Carrie Seat can also be used in a plane.

Carrie Seats do not meet the requirements of AS/NZS 1754-2000 and therefore customers should obtain a certificate from their Medical Practitioner to permit its use in Australia. ETS encourages customers to consult with their allied health professional to ascertain if this product best suits individual needs.

The moulded Carrie foam car seats from the popular Tumbleforms range are available in four sizes for children and adults from 76cm - 173cm tall and 9kg - 59kg in weight, as shown in the Sizing Chart below.

The Carrie Seat system includes options for a footrest and an adjustable tray, as shown in the models at left.

The tray adjusts in-and-out and tilts in angle from horizontal to 45 degrees.

The footrest helps to maintain hip, knee and ankle flexion and adjusts in-and-out to accommodate various thigh lengths, up and down to accommodate different lower leg lengths and each "shoe" platform adjusts independently to change dorsiflexion and plantiflexion angles.

The Carrie Collar is made only for the Elementary size Carrie. The collar supports the jaw and occipital regions to help improve head control. It is hinged in the back and splits open from the front when the hook and loop fabric fastener is released.

NOTE: The Carrie Collar should not be used as a child restraint in transportation.
